This japanese label is a conglomeration of the individual labels of three producers: Yoshihide Otomo, Sachiko M, and HACO. AMOEBiC's principal policy is that the producers individually release whatever they choose to, via "amoebic" management, which means that: all three labels put out CDs, cassette tapes, DATs, etc. as they please, according to content and to the producers' financial and general situations; and they sometimes "parasitize" the other labels in order to release the best music possible.
